Ingredients:
• 500g flour
• 200g butter
• 50g sugar
• 3 eggs
• 10g yeast
• 1/2 tsp salt
• 100ml milk
• 1 egg (for brushing)
Instructions:
1️⃣ Warm the milk and dissolve yeast with a bit of sugar. Let it activate.
2️⃣ Mix flour, salt, and sugar. Add eggs and milk mixture, knead to combine.
3️⃣ Add softened butter bit by bit and knead until smooth.
