Cacciucco (Tuscan Fish Stew) ๐ฎ๐นโจ Perfect for seafood lovers! ๐๐
Ingredients:
โข 1/2 pound mixed seafood (shrimp, squid, fish, 225g)
โข 1 cup tomatoes, chopped (200g)
โข 1/4 cup red wine (60ml)
โข 1 tbsp olive oil (15ml)
โข 1 clove garlic, minced
โข 2 cups fish stock (480ml)
โข 1 slice crusty bread (optional, for serving)
โข Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Heat olive oil in a pot. Sautรฉ garlic until fragrant.
2. Add tomatoes and red wine. Cook until reduced slightly.
3. Pour in fish stock and bring to a simmer. Add seafood and cook until tender.
