Cute Deviled Eggs

Ingredients:

- 6 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon white vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Paprika for garnish
- Fresh chives or parsley, finely chopped for garnish

Directions:

1. Place eggs in a single layer in a saucepan and cover with enough water to cover the eggs by an inch.
2. Bring water to a boil over medium-high heat, then cover the pan and remove from heat. Let eggs sit for 12 minutes.
3. Drain the hot water and transfer eggs to a bowl of ice water. Let cool for at least 5 minutes.
4. Peel the eggs carefully and slice each egg in half lengthwise.
5. Remove yolks and place them in a medium bowl. Mash yolks with a fork.
6. Add mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, white vinegar, salt, and pepper to the mashed yolks. Mix until smooth and creamy.
7. Spoon or pipe the yolk mixture back into the egg whites.
8. Sprinkle paprika and chopped chives or parsley on top for a cute and colorful garnish.
9. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
