Garlic Butter Roasted Chicken with Honey-Glazed Carrots & Green Beans 🍗🥕💚
Ingredients:
For the Roasted Chicken:
1 whole chicken breast or half chicken 🍗
2 tbsp butter (melted) 🧈
2 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1 tbsp olive oil
½ tsp paprika
Salt & black pepper to taste
Lemon wedge for serving 🍋
For the Honey-Glazed Carrots:
1 cup baby carrots 🥕
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp honey 🍯
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish 🌿
For the Sautéed Green Beans:
1 cup fresh green beans 💚
1 tbsp olive oil
1 clove garlic, minced
Pinch of salt and pepper
Instructions:
1. Roast the Chicken:
Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F).
Rub chicken with butter, olive oil, garlic, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Roast for 30–35 minutes until golden and juicy.
2. Honey-Glazed Carrots:
In a skillet, melt butter and stir in honey.
Add carrots and cook over medium heat until tender and glossy.
3. Sautéed Green Beans:
Heat olive oil in a pan, add garlic and beans, and sauté for 5–7 minutes until crisp-tender.
4. Serve chicken with carrots and green beans, drizzle with pan juices, and garnish with a lemon wedge. 🍋
