Ingredients:

- Milano cookies or any oval-shaped cookies (for tombstones)
- Edible marker or melted white chocolate (for writing on tombstones)

Directions:

1. In a medium bowl, whisk together the instant chocolate pudding mix and cold milk until thickened, about 2 minutes.
2. Gently fold the whipped heavy cream into the pudding mixture until fully combined and smooth.
3. Crush the chocolate sandwich cookies into fine crumbs using a food processor or by placing them in a zip-top bag and crushing with a rolling pin.
4. In clear dessert cups or small jars, layer the crushed cookies and pudding mixture, starting with a layer of cookie crumbs followed by pudding. Repeat layers until the cup is filled, ending with a layer of cookie crumbs on top.
5. Insert gummy worms halfway into the dirt cups, letting them peek out to look like they're crawling.
6. For tombstones, write spooky messages or RIP on Milano cookies using an edible marker or melted white chocolate. Place a tombstone cookie upright into each cup.
7. Chill the cups in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving to allow the pudding to set.
