Apple Pie Bread
Ingredients:
- 1 can apple pie filling, mashed
- 1 yellow cake mix
- 4 eggs, slightly beaten
- 1 cup self-rising flour
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 1 medium chopped apple
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
2. In a large bowl, combine the yellow cake mix, eggs, and self-rising flour. Mix well until fully incorporated.
3. Stir in the mashed apple pie filling, chopped apple, and cinnamon until evenly distributed.
4. Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and spread evenly.
5. Bake for 60-70 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
6. Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
