Strawberry Banana Pudding Dessert
Ingredients:
- 1 box vanilla instant pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 (8 oz) container whipped topping (e.g., Cool Whip)
- 1 box Nilla wafers
- 2 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 cup strawberry pie filling or fresh chopped strawberries
Directions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the vanilla instant pudding mix and cold milk until the mixture thickens, about 2 minutes.
2. Gently fold in the whipped topping until well combined and smooth.
3. In a trifle bowl or individual serving dishes, layer Nilla wafers, banana slices, and strawberry pie filling or fresh strawberries.
4. Spoon a layer of the pudding mixture over the fruit and wafers.
5. Repeat the layering process until all ingredients are used, ending with a layer of pudding on top.
6. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or until set.
7. Serve chilled, garnished with additional strawberries or banana slices if desired.
