Ingredients

1 lb ground breakfast sausage (pork or turkey, uncooked)

1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup almond flour

2 large eggs

1 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/2 tsp onion powder

1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed. (You may need to use your hands.)

Roll mixture into small balls, about 1 inch in diameter. Place on the baking sheet.

Bake for 18–22 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

Let cool slightly and enjoy warm, or store in an airtight container in the fridge.
