Chicken Alfredo Biscuit Casserole
Ingredients:
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken
- 1 can refrigerated biscuits
- 1 jar alfredo sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped parsley
Instructions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13 baking dish.
2. Cut each biscuit into quarters and place them in the baking dish.
3. In a separate bowl, mix the shredded chicken and alfredo sauce together. Pour the mixture over the biscuits in the baking dish.
4. Top with shredded mozzarella and grated Parmesan cheese.
5. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the biscuits are cooked through and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
