Ingredients:
1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sweet chili sauce
1 tablespoon sriracha (adjust for heat preference)
8 small corn or flour tortillas
1 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup diced tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped green onions
Lime wedges for serving

1. In a medium bowl, toss the shrimp with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until evenly coated.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha until well combined. Set aside.
3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the shrimp and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until they are pink and cooked through.
4. While the shrimp are cooking, warm the tortillas in a separate pan or microwave until soft and pliable.
