If you come across Birria chuck roast at Aldi, you must buy it! I used one Vidalia onion, two cans of Aldi Rotel with juice, substituted garlic powder for minced garlic, and added half a cup of beef broth. Cook on low for eight hours until the meat easily shreds with a fork. I topped the shredded meat with lettuce, tomato, cheddar cheese, sour cream, my husband's salsa, my hot sauce, and a squeeze of fresh lime. This was seriously one of the best meals I've made using all Aldi ingredients!
