Cheesy Chicken & Broccoli Stuffed Shells
Ingredients:
• 20 jumbo pasta shells
• 2 cups cooked chicken breast, diced
• 2 cups broccoli florets, steamed
• 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
• 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup (10.5 oz)
• 1/2 cup milk
• 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
• Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Cook pasta shells according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
3. In a bowl, mix diced chicken, steamed broccoli, 1 cup of cheddar cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Stuff each shell with the mixture and place them in a greased baking dish.
5. In a separate bowl, mix cheddar cheese soup with milk and pour over the shells.
6. Top with the remaining 1 cup of cheese.
7. Cover with foil and bake for 25 minutes. Uncover and bake for 10 more minutes until bubbly and golden.
