Crispy Parmesan Asparagus Fries

**Ingredients:
- 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- Cooking spray

**Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil and lightly coat with cooking spray.
2. Set up a breading station:
- Bowl 1: Flour
- Bowl 2: Beaten eggs
- Bowl 3: Panko, Parmesan, garlic powder, salt, and pepper
