Salt & black pepper to taste

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add diced potatoes and cook for about 10–12 minutes until golden and tender, stirring occasionally. Push the potatoes to one side and add the ground beef, onions, and garlic. Cook until the beef is browned and crumbly. Mix in the paprika, cumin, salt, and pepper, then stir everything together and cook for another 5 minutes. Add bell pepper if using, cook 2–3 more minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley and serve hot!
