• ½ cup black olives, sliced
• 1 tsp Italian seasoning
• ¼ tsp red pepper flakes (optional)

Instructions:
1. Preheat Oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Cook the Sausage:
• In a skillet over medium heat, cook the Italian sausage until browned and cooked through.
• Drain excess grease if needed.
3. Sauté the Veggies:
