Classic Reuben Bake
A comforting casserole layered with tender corned beef, tangy sauerkraut, and melted Swiss cheese—a deconstructed Reuben sandwich baked to perfection.
Ingredients:
1 lb corned beef, chopped
2 cups sauerkraut, drained
2 cups shredded Swiss cheese
1 large onion, thinly sliced
1 cup Thousand Island dressing
1/2 cup butter, melted
Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C); grease a casserole dish.
Layer corned beef, sauerkraut, sliced onion, and Swiss cheese in the dish.
Drizzle Thousand Island dressing and melted butter evenly over the layers.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and the cheese is melted.
Season with salt and pepper; serve warm.
