Ground Beef Party Sliders

✅Ingredients:

1 lb (450g) ground beef
½ green bell pepper, chopped
1 yellow onion, chopped
1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, minced (optional, for extra flavor)
1 tsp salt
½ tsp black pepper
½ tsp paprika (optional)
8 small slider buns or dinner rolls
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (or any cheese you prefer)
2 tbsp butter, melted
1 tsp sesame seeds (optional, for topping)

✅Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Cook the beef mixture:

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground beef.
Cook until browned, breaking it apart as it cooks.
Drain excess fat if needed.

3. Sauté the vegetables:

Add chopped onion and green bell pepper to the skillet.
Cook for about 3-5 minutes until softened.
Stir in the minced garlic (if using) and cook for another 30 seconds.

4. Season the beef:

Add Worcestershire sauce, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
Stir everything together and let it cook for 2 more minutes. Remove from heat.

5. Assemble the sliders:

Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
Evenly spread the beef mixture over the buns.
Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
Place the top halves of the buns over the cheese.

6. Prepare the topping:

Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
Sprinkle sesame seeds on top (if using).

7. Bake:

Cover with foil and bake for 10 minutes.
Remove foil and bake for another 5 minutes until the tops are golden and the cheese is melted.

8. Serve hot and enjoy!
