Pecan Cookie Balls

Just a few ingredients to make these simple cookies!
Perfect for holiday cookie parties or any occasion!

Ingredients
• 3 cups all-purpose flour
• 1 cup (2 sticks) butter, softened
• ½ cup granulated sugar
• 1 cup chopped pecans
• 1 cup powdered sugar (optional)
• 1 tbsp vanilla extract

Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 400°F.
2️⃣ Mix flour, butter, sugar, pecans, and vanilla until combined.
3️⃣ Roll into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
4️⃣ Bake for 13-15 minutes, let cool.
5️⃣ (Optional) Shake in powdered sugar to coat.
