Ingredients
• 2 cups cooked and chopped chicken breast
• 1 cup frozen peas and carrots
• 1 cup frozen corn
• 1 small onion, chopped
• 3 cloves garlic, minced
• 3 cups chicken broth
• 1 cup heavy cream
• 8 oz cream cheese, softened
• 1 tsp dried thyme
• 1 tsp dried parsley
Salt and pepper to taste
• 8 oz egg noodles or pasta
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions
1️⃣ Combine chicken, veggies, onion, and garlic in the slow cooker.
2️⃣ Add chicken broth, heavy cream, and cream cheese, stirring to mix.
3️⃣ Season with thyme, parsley, salt, and pepper.
4️⃣ Cook on low for 4-6 hours, stirring occasionally.
5️⃣ About 30 mins before serving, cook noodles. Drain and set aside.
6️⃣ Stir in noodles and Parmesan, then serve.
