Farmhouse Hamburger and Potato Bake

β’ 1 lb ground beef
β’ 1 onion, chopped
β’ 2 garlic cloves, minced
β’ 4 cups potatoes, thinly sliced
β’ 1 can cream of mushroom soup
β’ 1 cup milk
β’ 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese

1οΈβ£ Preheat your oven to 375Β°F and grease a baking dish.
2οΈβ£ In a skillet, brown the ground beef with the chopped onion and minced garlic; drain any excess fat.
3οΈβ£ In a bowl, mix together the cream of mushroom soup and milk.
4οΈβ£ Layer half of the sliced potatoes in the baking dish, followed by half of the ground beef mixture and half of the soup mixture. Repeat the layers.
5οΈβ£ Cover the dish with foil and bake for 45 minutes.
6οΈβ£ Remove the foil, sprinkle cheddar cheese on top, and bake for an additional 15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
