Ingredients:

2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tsp baking powder
1 1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 large eggs
1 cup whole milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup boiling water
Nutella Filling:
1 cup Nutella
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
2 cups powdered sugar
2-3 tbsp heavy cream
Chocolate Ganache:
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 cup heavy cream
For Decoration:
Chopped hazelnuts
Chocolate shavings
Ferrero Rocher chocolates
Instructions:
Preheat the oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease three 9-inch cake pans.
Mix flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a large bowl. Add eggs, milk, oil, and vanilla. Beat for 2 minutes. Stir in boiling water.
Divide the batter into the cake pans. Bake for 30-35 minutes. Cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
For the filling: Beat Nutella and butter until smooth. Add powdered sugar and cream until fluffy.
Spread Nutella filling between each cake layer.
For the ganache: Heat chocolate chips and cream in the microwave, stirring until smooth. Let cool slightly before pouring over the cake.
Decorate with hazelnuts, chocolate shavings, and Ferrero Rocher chocolates.
