🥩🦐 Steak & Shrimp Stir-Fried Noodles

Ingredients:
For the Protein:
½ lb steak, thinly sliced
½ lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon sesame oil (or vegetable oil)
For the Noodles & Sauce:
8 oz stir-fry noodles (lo mein, yakisoba, or spaghetti)
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon oyster sauce
1 tablespoon hoisin sauce
1 teaspoon sesame oil
1 teaspoon sriracha (optional, for heat)
1 teaspoon brown sugar
2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon ginger, minced
For the Vegetables:
½ cup carrots, julienned
½ cup bell peppers, thinly sliced
½ cup broccoli florets
¼ cup green onions, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds (for garnish, optional)
Directions:
Cook the Noodles:
Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Steak & Shrimp:
In a bowl, toss steak slices with soy sauce, garlic powder, and black pepper.
Heat 1 tablespoon oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Sear steak for 2-3 minutes until browned. Remove and set aside.
In the same skillet, cook shrimp for 2 minutes per side until pink. Remove and set aside.
Prepare the Sauce & Stir-Fry:
In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, hoisin sauce, sesame oil, sriracha, brown sugar, garlic, and ginger.
Add a little more oil to the pan, then stir-fry carrots, bell peppers, and broccoli for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
Return steak, shrimp, and noodles to the pan. Pour in the sauce and toss everything together for 2 minutes until well coated.
