Ingredients
1 box (about 18 oz) of your favorite brownie mix
1/4 cup (60 ml) vegetable oil or melted coconut oil
2 large eggs
1/2 cup (90 g) semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional, but highly recommended!)
1/4 cup (30 g) chopped nuts (like walnuts or pecans), optional
Instructions
Preheat and Prep: Fire up your oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat to prevent sticking.
Mix the Dough: In a large bowl, combine the brownie mix, oil, and eggs. Stir until a thick, glossy dough forms. If youβre adding chocolate chips or nuts, fold them in now.
Scoop and Shape: Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to portion the dough into balls. Place them about 2 inches apart on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake to Perfection: Pop the cookies into the oven for 9β11 minutes. Theyβre done when the edges are set but the centers are still soft.
Cool and Enjoy: Let the cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, then transfer them to a wire rack to cool completely. Serve with a glass of milk or your favorite hot beverage!
