Mandarin Tiramisu
Ingredients: 1 can of mandarin oranges, 250g pudding, mascarpone, ladyfingers, cocoa, sugar, vanilla extract
Preparation: Drain the mandarin oranges and reserve the juice. Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions and let it cool. In a bowl, combine the mascarpone with the sugar and vanilla extract.
Fold the cooled pudding into the mascarpone. Briefly dip the ladyfingers in the mandarin orange juice and place them in a baking dish.
Spread a layer of the pudding-mascarpone mixture on top. Repeat this process until all ingredients are used up. Dust with cocoa and refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
