New England Lobster Roll
Ingredients:
2 lobster tails, cooked and chopped
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 hot dog buns
1 tbsp butter
Method:
Mix lobster with mayo and lemon juice.
Butter buns, toast, then fill with lobster.
