I’m down 30 lbs in 54 days. A lot of you asked how I’m doing it, and how I’m having success. Well, it’s the little things. Obviously, I’m militant with tracking. EVERYTHING gets tracked. But I also pre-portion my snacks. When I’m a little hungry, I like to reach for something with CRUNCH! I don’t want to guess a serving size. I had no idea wha 28grams looked like. So I bought a food scale.
Place your empty baggie on the scale, then zero the weight. (My baggie weighs 5 grams!)
Then fill your snack to 28 grams.
Then write the point value on the bag.
I made a snack box and I keep it well stocked with smart food popcorn, salt n vinegar Poppables, dark chocolate, grain free tortilla chips, Ritz crisp thins. Basically anything that is 5 pts per serving or less.
