Philly Cheesesteak Casserole
Ingredients:
- 1 lb. thinly sliced beef
- 1 green bell pepper, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 8 oz. Provolone cheese, shredded
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. In a large skillet, cook beef until browned. Add in bell pepper and onion, cooking until softened.
3. In a separate bowl, mix together cream cheese, mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
4. Spread half of the cream cheese mixture into the bottom of a casserole dish.
5. Layer beef mixture on top, followed by half of the shredded Provolone cheese.
6. Repeat layers, ending with a final layer of Provolone cheese.
7. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until bubbly and golden brown.
8. Serve hot and enjoy!
