3-Ingredient Butter Cookies
Ingredients:
- 1 cup butter, softened and slightly melted
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the softened butter and powdered sugar. Mix well until creamy.
3. Gradually add the all-purpose flour to the butter and sugar mixture, stirring until a soft dough forms.
4. Roll the dough into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Flatten each ball slightly with the bottom of a glass or your fingers.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.
7. Remove from oven and let cookies cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
