🍒🇮🇹 Mostarda di Cremona
Ingredients:
10.5 oz (300 g) mixed candied fruit
7 oz (200 g) sugar
3 tbsp (50 ml) mustard essence
Instructions:
🍒 Place candied fruit in a jar.
🥄 Dissolve sugar in a little water to make a syrup, then add mustard essence.
🌡️ Pour syrup over fruit and let sit at least 24 hours.
✨ Serve with cheese or roasted meats.
