Halloween Midnight Galaxy Fudge
Ingredients:
- 3 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Black food coloring
- Purple food coloring
- Blue food coloring
- Edible glitter or star-shaped sprinkles
- Candy eyes or Halloween-themed sprinkles for decoration
Directions:
1. Line an 8-inch square baking pan with parchment paper, leaving some overhang for easy removal.
2. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine white chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk. Stir constantly until completely melted and smooth.
3. Remove from heat and stir in vanilla extract.
4. Divide the fudge mixture evenly into three separate bowls.
5. Add black food coloring to one bowl, purple to the second, and blue to the third, mixing each until you achieve deep, vibrant colors.
6. Pour the colored fudge into the prepared pan in layers or swirl them together using a toothpick or skewer to create a galaxy effect.
7. While the fudge is still soft, sprinkle edible glitter or star-shaped sprinkles over the top to resemble stars.
8. Add candy eyes or Halloween-themed sprinkles for a spooky touch.
9. Refrigerate for at least 3 hours or until firm.
10. Use the parchment paper overhang to lift the fudge from the pan and cut into squares.
