Lettuce-Wrapped Chicken & Egg Sandwich
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts (grilled or pan-seared)
2 eggs (fried or hard-boiled, sliced)
1 tomato, sliced
1 cucumber, sliced into thin strips
4–6 large butter lettuce leaves
2 tbsp mayonnaise or Greek yogurt
Salt & pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Cook the Chicken:
Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill or pan-sear until fully cooked. Let rest, then slice in half lengthwise.
2. Prepare the Eggs:
Fry eggs sunny side up or boil and slice. Add a pinch of salt.
3. Layer the Wrap:
On a sheet of plastic wrap, lay out overlapping lettuce leaves to form a rectangular wrap base.
4. Assemble:
Spread mayo or Greek yogurt in the center. Layer on sliced cucumbers, tomato, egg, and chicken.
5. Wrap It Up:
Fold the lettuce over the filling tightly. Use plastic wrap to help shape and hold everything together.
6. Cut & Serve:
Slice in half for a clean cross-section. Enjoy immediately!
