Chicken recipe Ingredients;
Chicken pieces
Diced onion
Carrots
2 tablespoons crushed garlic and ginger
Handful Thyme and sweet basil
Garlic and herb seasoning
Lambspice
2 chicken cubes
1 teaspoon cornflour+ 2 tablespoons water (thickening agent)
Brown your chicken in a pot, I did this for a good 10-15min
- if you chicken is sticking to the bottom of the pot, add some water to loosen, then add your veggies and garlic.
once onion is translucent add your herbs and spices and cook for about 5min.
- add your chicken stock and about 1-2 cups water. Let that cook for about 5/10min.
- Add the thickening agent if necessary and cook for a further 2min snd you done.
