Garlic Butter Steak Bites in 10 Minutes
Ingredients:
- 1 lb sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized cubes
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley, chopped (optional)
Directions:
1. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak cubes with salt and pepper.
2. Add the steak to the skillet and cook for 3-4 minutes, stirring occasionally, until browned on all sides.
3. Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet. Cook for another 1-2 minutes until the garlic becomes fragrant and the steak is coated in the garlic butter.
4. Remove from heat, sprinkle with chopped parsley if desired, and serve immediately.
