🍔🧄 Garlic Parmesan Bacon Cheeseburger Bombs 🥓💣
All the best burger flavors wrapped in a soft, golden biscuit 😍
🛒 Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
½ small onion, finely chopped
1 tsp garlic powder
Salt & black pepper to taste
6 strips cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
2 tbsp melted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 tbsp grated Parmesan
Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
👩🍳 Directions:
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet, brown the ground beef with chopped onion. Season with garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Drain excess grease and stir in crumbled bacon. Let it cool slightly.
Assemble the Bombs:
Flatten each biscuit into a circle. Spoon some beef mixture into the center and top with shredded cheddar. Pinch the edges to seal and form a ball.
Bake:
Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 15–18 minutes or until golden brown.
Garlic Parmesan Topping:
Mix melted butter with minced garlic and Parmesan. Brush over the hot bombs as soon as they come out of the oven.
Garnish & Serve:
Sprinkle with parsley and serve warm with ketchup, ranch, or your favorite burger sauce!
