Hot Honey Peach Wings π―ππ
Ingredients:
1 kg chicken wings
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon paprika
For the hot honey peach glaze:
Β½ cup peach jam or preserves
ΒΌ cup honey
1 tablespoon hot sauce (adjust to taste)
1 tablespoon soy sauce
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
Β½ teaspoon chili flakes (optional)
Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 200Β°C (400Β°F). Line a baking tray with parchment paper or foil.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika until well coated.
Arrange the wings on the tray in a single layer and bake for 40β45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden and crispy.
While the wings are baking, prepare the glaze. In a small saucepan over medium heat, combine peach jam, honey, hot sauce, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, and chili flakes.
Stir and simmer for 3β4 minutes until the glaze thickens slightly. Remove from heat and set aside.
Once the wings are done baking, transfer them to a large bowl. Pour the hot honey peach glaze over the wings and toss to coat evenly.
Return the glazed wings to the baking tray and broil for 3β5 minutes to caramelize the sauce (watch closely so they donβt burn).
Serve warm, garnished with fresh herbs or extra chili flakes if you like it spicy!
Notes:
You can also air fry the wings for a quicker option.
This glaze also works great on grilled tofu or roasted veggies!
