Salmon Avocado Salad
Ingredients:
Cooked salmon fillets (grilled or baked)
Cherry tomatoes, halved
Avocado, diced
Red onion, thinly sliced
Mixed greens or arugula
Fresh parsley
Olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper for dressing
Instructions:
1. Place greens in a bowl and top with tomatoes, avocado, and onion.
2. Add flaked or chunked salmon on top.
3. Drizzle with olive oil and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle fresh parsley and serve.
