Egg Salad Sandwiches 🥚🥪
A creamy, classic favorite that’s quick, tasty, and perfect for lunch or a light dinner!
Ingredients:
6 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
¼ cup mayonnaise
1 tsp yellow mustard
Salt & black pepper to taste
Lettuce leaves
3 sandwich rolls or hoagie buns
Directions:
1. In a bowl, mix chopped eggs, mayo, mustard, salt, and pepper.
2. Add a layer of lettuce to each roll.
3. Spoon the egg salad onto the lettuce and serve!
