🥗 Shrimp & Avocado Salad 🍤🥑
A light, refreshing, and healthy salad full of citrus flavors!
🛒 Ingredients (Serves 2)
🍤 200g shrimp (peeled & deveined)
🥑 1 ripe avocado (sliced)
🥬 2 cups mixed greens (lettuce, cilantro, etc.)
🧅 1/4 red onion (thinly sliced)
🍋 1 lime (juiced)
🫒 2 tbsp olive oil
🧄 1 clove garlic (minced)
🌶️ 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
🧂 Salt & 🏺 black pepper (to taste)
🔥 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the shrimp: Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan. Add garlic, then shrimp. Season with salt, pepper, and chili flakes. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side until pink and firm. Set aside.
2️⃣ Prepare the salad: In a bowl, toss mixed greens, avocado slices, and red onion.
3️⃣ Make the dressing: Mix lime juice, 1 tbsp olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
4️⃣ Assemble: Add the shrimp to the salad and drizzle the dressing over.
