Savory Beef and Garlic Butter Bowtie in Parmesan Cream

Ingredients:

1 lb Bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Cook the bowtie pasta in a large pot of salted boiling water according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
While the pasta cooks, heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks, about 5-7 minutes. Drain excess fat if needed.
Add the butter and minced garlic to the skillet with the beef. Cook for 1-2 minutes, until the garlic is fragrant and softened.
Pour in the chicken broth, heavy cream, and stir to combine. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly.
Stir in the Parmesan cheese, mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Continue to stir until the cheeses are melted and the sauce is creamy.
Add the cooked bowtie pasta to the skillet, tossing to coat it well in the creamy sauce.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley for a pop of color.
