Ingredients:
Ready-to-use dumpling skin
150 gr chicken fillet (Optional)
1 carrot
1 small potato
1 stalk of spring onion, finely sliced
1 sachet of instant curry seasoning
2 cloves of garlic, chopped
3 cloves of shallots, chopped
to taste Salt, pepper powder,
stock powder or VEgetable Seasoning Powder
50 ml of water

How to Make
1. Dice the carrots and potatoes & chop the chicken fillet (Chicken fillet is optional)

2. Saute the garlic and shallots until fragrant, then add the curry seasoning, saute until fragrant, (add the minced chicken) stir until it changes color

3. Add the vegetables, stir well, add a little water, salt, sugar and stock powder or Vegetable Seasoning Powder, stir well, cook until the vegetables are tender, then add the sliced ​​spring onions, stir well, turn off and cool

4. Take a piece of dumpling skin, add enough filling, fold into a triangle, with the help of water, so that it sticks

5. Ready to be fried, if you want to store it, you can store it in an airtight container and store it in the freezer

6. Heat enough oil, then fry until yellow browned, remove and drain, serve!
