Creamy Cajun Steak Alfredo
Ingredients:
12 oz fettuccine pasta π
1 lb steak (ribeye, sirloin, or filet), sliced into strips π₯©
2 tbsp Cajun seasoning πΆοΈ
2 tbsp olive oil π«
3 tbsp unsalted butter π§
4 cloves garlic, minced π§
1 Β½ cups heavy cream π₯
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese π§
Β½ tsp salt π§
Β½ tsp black pepper πΏ
Β½ tsp paprika (optional for extra smokiness) πΆοΈ
Β½ cup pasta water (reserved) π¦
Fresh parsley & grated Parmesan for garnish πΏπ§
Instructions:
Cook the pasta: Boil fettuccine in salted water until al dente. Reserve Β½ cup pasta water, then drain and set aside π.
