Cupcake brownies
ingredients
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips (optional)
instructions
1. preheat oven to 350°f (175°c). line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
2. in a mixing bowl, whisk together melted butter and sugar until smooth.
3. add eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
4. sift in cocoa powder, flour, salt, and baking powder. stir until just combined.
5. fold in chocolate chips if using.
6. divide batter evenly among the cupcake liners, filling each about 3/4 full.
7. bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
8. let cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
