Delicious Tuna Avocado Salad
Perfect for a quick healthy lunch!
Recipe:
1 avocado diced
1 can tuna drained
1 tomato diced
1/2 red onion diced
1/4 cup dill pickle diced
2 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 tsp salt and pepper
2 tbsp fresh herbs( dill and cilantro mix)
Steps:
In a large bowl, add the ingredients in order. Mix well and season with salt and pepper. Garnish with fresh herbs. Enjoy!
