🇫🇷 French Escargot 🐌❤️
A luxurious appetizer baked with garlic, butter, and herbs — a delicacy from Burgundy!
📝 You will need:
• 1 can escargots (snails), drained
• 100 g unsalted butter
• 2 garlic cloves, minced
• 2 tbsp parsley, chopped
• 1 tbsp shallots, minced
• Salt and pepper
• Baguette slices, to serve
👩🍳 Instructions:
1️⃣ Mix butter, garlic, parsley, shallots, salt, and pepper to make garlic herb butter.
2️⃣ Place one escargot in each shell or baking dish cavity.
3️⃣ Top with a spoonful of herb butter.
4️⃣ Bake at 200°C (400°F) for 10–12 minutes until bubbling.
5️⃣ Serve hot with toasted baguette slices.
