Creamy Garlic Butter Beef and Cheesy Bowtie Pasta
Ingredients:
1 lb bowtie pasta
1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish
Directions:
Boil the Pasta: Bring a pot of salted water to a boil and cook the bowtie pasta as directed. Once done, drain the pasta and set it aside.
Sauté the Garlic: In a large pan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the garlic and cook for about 1 minute until it becomes fragrant.
Brown the Beef: Toss the ground beef into the pan, seasoning it with salt, pepper, and garlic powder. Cook until browned, breaking it apart as you go. Drain the excess fat.
Create the Creamy Base: Pour in the heavy cream, letting it simmer for 2-3 minutes, stirring to combine the flavors.
Melt the Cheeses: Add the cheddar and Parmesan cheeses into the pan, stirring until everything melts into a smooth, creamy sauce.
Combine: Add the drained pasta to the skillet, tossing it thoroughly to coat every piece with the cheesy garlic sauce.
Finish & Serve: Garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve while the dish is hot and creamy!
