Baby Lemon Impossible Pies
Ingredients:
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup lemon juice
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup melted butter
- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a mixing bowl, blend together the sweetened condensed milk, lemon juice, eggs, melted butter, and self-rising flour until the mixture is smooth.
3. Pour the batter into a greased pie pan.
4. Bake for 30-35 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is set.
