2 cups elbow macaroni

1 (5 oz) can tuna in water, drained and flaked

1/2 cup mayonnaise (or half mayo, half Greek yogurt for a lighter twist)

1 tbsp Dijon or yellow mustard

1/4 cup finely diced red onion

1/2 cup celery, finely chopped

1/4 cup dill pickles or relish (optional)

1–2 tbsp lemon juice (for brightness)

Salt and black pepper, to taste

Paprika, for dusting (optional)

Directions:

Cook the pasta: Boil macaroni in salted water until al dente. Drain and rinse under cold water to cool completely. Set aside.
