I saw a post on here a few days ago for Greek lemon chicken soup, and it sounded amazing. The recipe link provided was too full of ads, so I found another, which I'll post in the comments. Tweeks I made to the recipe: butter to saute the veggies instead of olive oil, tripled the amount of carrots because I love them, added another 1/2 lemon, and used 1 c orzo instead of 3/4 as stated. Sooo yummy! If you're wanting a new take on chicken noodle soup I highly recommend giving this a try!
