Ingredients:
β’ 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cubed
β’ 2 cups rotini pasta
β’ 1/2 cup BBQ sauce (for half the steak)
β’ 2 tbsp butter
β’ 3 cloves garlic (minced)
β’ 1 cup heavy cream
β’ 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
β’ Salt, pepper, parsley to taste
β’ Olive oil for searing

Instructions:
1. Cook Pasta:
β’ Boil rotini in salted water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. Prepare Garlic Cream Sauce:
β’ In a skillet, melt butter and sautΓ© garlic until fragrant.
β’ Add cream and Parmesan. Simmer until creamy.
β’ Toss in pasta, season with salt, pepper, and parsley.
3. Sear Steak Bites:
β’ Season cubed steak with salt and pepper.
β’ In a hot skillet with olive oil, sear steak for 2β3 minutes per side until browned.
β’ Remove half and coat with BBQ sauce.
4. Serve:
β’ Plate the creamy rotini, top with both classic seared and BBQ-glazed steak bites. Garnish with cracked black pepper and parsley.
