Here's the recipe: (keto)
1/2 c unsalted butter
1/3 c sweetener (I use stevia)
1 large egg, room temperature
1 top vanilla extract
1 1/2 c Almond flour
1/2 tsp ground cinnamon, optional
1/2 tsp sea salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 c chocolate chips (I use dark chocolate)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Beat the butter until fluffy add the sweetener and vanilla extract beat until creamy and fluffy. Add egg beat until well combined. Add the Almond flour, baking soda, sea salt and cinnamon beat until well combined.
Add the chocolate chips beat until evenly distributed throughout the dough.
Transfer dough to 8x8 baking pan and press into an even layer. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until edges are golden brown and the bars seem firm.
Let it cool down for 40 minutes before slicing and serve. Net carbs for 1 bar is 6 grams. #ketorecipes #ketolifestyle
